INSLAW's customer support extends beyond implementation services to include a comprehensive Software Support program designed to ensure that users and systems staff are effectively using the capabilities of the INSLAW software in ongoing operations.

Subscribers to INSLAW's Software Support program have access to INSLAW's Customer Support Help Desk, which subscribers may call to request assistance in using the INSLAW application or to report system problems.

INSLAW's Help Desk is staffed by Customer Support specialists with expertise in all aspects of INSLAW's software. These specialists work closely with INSLAW's software engineers and business analysts to respond to customer inquiries and problem reports.

INSLAW's Software Support program entitles users to periodic releases of the licensed software containing enhancements in ease of use, efficiency of operation and functionality, and corrections to any latent defects discovered and corrected by INSLAW since the previous release.
